Kale crisps

What to do with your end of summer Kale plants that have grown tuff and rough? Make Kale crisps, it's very easy. Wash the Kale if needed, toss in olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Then roost in the oven until crisp. Madeleine and Norma tried it over charcoal today and loved it. They were also amused by the fact that you pay £5 for a bag in a whole food store.
